Age-Based Programs
Each program is designed for the physical and developmental needs of that age group. Age placement is at the instructor's discretion.
Tiny Tigers
Ages 3–4 30 min classManna's introductory program for preschoolers uses interactive games and age-appropriate equipment to develop listening skills, discipline, and confidence in a safe and structured environment. The curriculum focuses on coordination, core strength, and gross motor skills tailored to each child's developmental stage.

Little Dragons
Ages 5–6 60 min classLittle Dragons builds life skills of confidence, self-discipline, focus, respect, and courtesy. Students receive foundational martial arts instruction combined with physical conditioning and mental development — preparing children for advancement to higher levels as they grow.

Dragons
Ages 7–12 60–75 min classThe core children's program — students train in Tang Soo Do and Hapkido with structured self-defense techniques in an environment of respect and discipline. The curriculum is progressive, guiding students from white belt through higher ranks with consistent challenge and reward.

Traditional
Ages 12–29 60–75 min classFull Tang Soo Do and Hapkido curriculum with structured self-defense training in an environment of respect and discipline. Teens and young adults build strength, stamina, and martial arts skill alongside character development — training toward black belt and beyond.

Songin Do
Ages 30+A physically conscientious martial arts system designed for the mature adult to learn, maintain, or regain confidence, strength, longevity, and effective self-defense in a safe environment. Many students join Songin with no prior martial arts experience and go on to achieve black belt.

Kickboxing
Teens & Adults
High-energy cardio kickboxing to music — burns calories, relieves stress, and builds real self-defense skills. Tuesdays & Thursdays 7 PM, Saturdays 8:30 AM (Aerobic & Bag).

After-School Program
School Age · CA Licensed Daycare
California-licensed school-age daycare (License #376700010) combining martial arts with structured homework time, arts & crafts, chess, and supervised activities. Flexible 1–5 days per week, covering school breaks.

Summer Sports Camp
Ages 5+ · 40th Annual
Full-day summer program from the day after PUSD ends through the day before school resumes. Daily martial arts, field trips, swimming, arts & crafts, chess, and themed weeks. Drop-off from 9 AM, pick-up to 6 PM.

Leadership Program
Advanced Students
Advanced training with a mentorship focus — developing the next generation of instructors and community leaders. Students learn to teach, lead, and give back. Twice monthly sessions plus dedicated Thursday Black Belt & Ko Dan Ja training.
Online Classes
Virtual Learning Academy
Can't make it in person? Most classes are broadcast live via Zoom (excluding Saturdays) and available on demand for up to 6 days. Launched in 2020 and available year-round for enrolled students.

PUSD Enrichment and YMCA partnership programs bringing martial arts instruction and the Know & Go Child Safety curriculum to schools and community centers across San Diego.
